Our goal is to bring together leadership theory, research, measurement, and practice in a unified way. By doing so, Integrative Leadership© strives to understand leadership inside out and identify the best ways of developing effective leadership.

Integrative Leadership© is led Dr Aiden M. A. Thornton who is a PhD qualified leadership scientist, management consultant, amateur epistemologist, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of  international experience with top-tier organisations.  He offers a range of services focused on leadership and organisational development.  Aiden brings a unique blend of intellectual intensity, thought leadership, pragmatism, and wicked humour to his work.  He collaborates with a broad range of clients including organisational leaders, leadership service providers (e.g., consultants and coaches), buyers of leadership services (e.g., HR, procurement departments), thought leaders, and social scientists.

Science

  • Work with us on a scientific project related to leadership. This includes collaborative research, survey and assessment development, psychometric analysis, statistical analyses, and participation in expert panels, etc.

  • Participate in one of our three complexity workshops e.g., learning about stages of complexity, measuring the stage of complexity of a leadership team, or making sense of a complex issue.

Consulting

  • Work with us on a leadership consulting project. This includes competency frameworks, leadership strategy, architecturing a suite of initiatives, program design, evaluation of programs, advisory, etc.

  • Work with us on a project related to leading in complexity. This incudes to learn more about leading in complexity, measure leaders’ ability to navigate complexity, design a development program that is specifically targeted at leading in organisational complexity, etc.

  • Work with us on an organisational development consulting project. This includes organisational transformation, operating models and organisational design, organisational culture, change management, human capital, learning and development, etc.
